Calculating the 35% Donation
For each item sold 35% will be deducted from the sold price.
If an item is registered for $150 it will be sold for this price.
From $150 35% will be deducted as a donation to Carmel College.
Therefore the artist would receive $97.50 and Carmel College would receive $52.50

Please send bio (up to 200 words) to firstname.lastname@example.org by 30 June 2019. (we have 2018 bios on file - please advise if you wish to use these).
Please complete ARTFUSIONS ARTIST COVER SHEET when submitting artwork details. This will be emailed to you at the beginning of July. Please submit this by 1 August 2019.
Artist Delivery Information:
If your art is being delivered by courier, please send it between 2 - 13 September 2019

Please send any information we need to know (assembly, display etc.) and return courier tickets.

If you wish to drop off your work in person, we will be at Carmel College in the Gym on Saturday 14 September 2019. Times 8am - 6pm.
To deliver to the gym, enter through the main gate and you will see a driveway in front of you. Follow this driveway around to the right, the gym is straight ahead, a large two-story brick building.
Gala Preview evening is Friday 20 September, 7pm - 10pm. As an artist you are entitled to one free ticket - for yourself or another.
Any unsold artworks can be collected on Sunday 22 September between 6pm - 8pm.
